The Shooting Star Children's Hospice

"Hannah Montana"

Aya is seven years old. She sometimes comes to The Shooting Star Children's Hospice with her brother Ayman who is four. He was very poorly as a baby and had major surgery a couple of years ago. Aya is a lovely big sister - she plays with Ayman and teaches him lots of new things. When they come to visit the hospice, they enjoy jumping in and out of the ball pool in the sensory room and painting in the arts and crafts room. Aya loves to dress up, and while she chooses her outfits, Ayman plays with Thomas the Tank Engine and friends.

Aya was asked who in the world she most admires. She had a little think and then said that she would like to sing and dance like Hannah Montana. She was very pleased to do a painting of Hannah Montana, and included jewels which she stuck on. She said that they were so pretty, just like her hero.
