Georgiana
Age 7
Children's Hospice South West – Little Bridge House
"My favourite Carer (Marion)"
Georgiana is a bubbly, pretty seven year old who has made amazing progress. She has a neuromuscular condition but the actual diagnosis is unknown. Her heroine is Marion, one of the carers at Little Bridge House. She adores her because she likes doing all the same things as her: being creative, playing games on the computer, bike riding and spending time in the Jacuzzi.
Georgiana is a gifted artist and has a vivid imagination. Over the years she has painted some amazing pictures at the hospice including a piece called People eating purple monster! The children's hospice has been lucky enough to have been given a couple, which have been framed and hung on the corridor wall. Georgiana has an outgoing personality and has stood up in front of the whole school to tell them about a farm trip she had taken part in. She also likes to play dressing up and more often than not will be found tripping around the hospice as Snow White, Fairy Princess or Cinderella, wearing those wonderfully glamorous high heeled resin shoes with pretty twinkles everywhere.
